Hello. House hunt question.
In my home country, you go to a real estate agency in the area where you want to buy/rent, say what you want and they will look it up for...
Mihail E. replied:
Immoweb.be. It is all there wherever you want. http://www.immoweb.be/

There is an agency that specialises in selling village property in the Ardennes. I don't know anything similar for Flanders. Is there anywhere 'in the middle of nowhere' in Flanders?: http://www.euroardennes.be/
Mihail E. replied:
There is a pretty extensive list of estate agents on logicimmo.be. You could write to them individually and ask if they have anything of the type you are looking for: http://www.logic-immo.be/en/estate-agents/west-flanders-district.html
Does anyone have any recommandations for cheap but good hotel or b&b in Brussels (easy access to public transport)?
Andrew M. replied:
Funkey Hotel. Great place, great value. A little off the beaten path, but still accessible. Buses are convenient and it is a short walk to Madou. http://cheeseweb.eu/2013/08/funkey-hotel-brussels-belgium/

I've read good things about these apartments - they're in Forest but near lots of public transport: http://www.housestories.be/
I recommend my aunt's place "La Niouche" ! http://www.laniouche.be/laniouche/ It's in the Ardennes, not far from La Roche en Ardennes, and her house is in the middle of fields and nature with no neighbours in sight! Plus she's really sweet, excellent cook and perfectly speaks English. I'm not just saying this because she's my aunt but I really recommend her place... check the ratings for yourself :-) Everyone in the family loves to stay there!
Hi! Can anyone recommend a nice B&B in Ghent, possibly close to the centre? Thank you!
Priscilla D. replied:
My daughter has stayed here and liked it. Close to shops and city centre with nice restaurant next door. http://www.bedandbreakfast-gent.be/presentation/id/347165#hotelInfo
