Dr. David Jones--medicaid only covers people under 18 in the state of Virginia (just to let you know) I think he is on Colonial Ave. Do not take your kids to Small Smiles at Crossroads-- --trust me on this one)

And do not take your kids to Cool Smiles either. (They are associated with Small Smiles) Trust me ....lol....I know the dental community like the back of my hand. Meanwhile, wet a tea bag and ring it out and put it in your mouth on the tooth that hurts and bite down. It should relieve the discomfort.

Dr Mark Turner on Ridge Rd...he's the only one I know of, we refer to him a lot from Community. I haven't heard great things about his office though, just to warn ya!

If you think it's infected or anything you can come to Community hospital and we'll see ya. Depending on what type of Medicaid, usually it's a $2 copay. They won't give out a lot of pain meds but they can give you antibiotics! I do referrals there and Dr Turner is the only one in this area I know of that takes Medicaid

Dr.Wright in Roanoke off Starkey Road is where I go...he's pretty good about working with patients on payments or what have you...

I really like Dr. Scott Miller in Troutville right across from Troutville Volunteer Fire Department.
