Well as BandJam as an event and open mic night hasn't actually existed for well over two years or more I'd say your best is to visit the Midweek Jam to showcase your talents. https://www.facebook.com/groups/489003721240799/

Acoustic Club has an event in May... go to Thursday nights get seen the slot is yours... The Big Bash in August is basically mates organising their friends bands to play so unless you can get into that group of people....
