Try looking at options on care.com. They do an excellent job screening and interviewing people so all you have to look for is a good personality match for your family.

I think that is a great idea!!! You might want to check a Nanny Service. I am sure they have to be certified and probably have gone thru a security check. Everyone has to be so careful these days. I do know of a Day Care in Buda called First Class Child Development on Old Black Colony and they are very good! My niece who is very picky, loved the Day Care.
