So I thought this information may be useful. I went to Szent Kristof hospital http://www.szentkristofrendelo.hu/ugyelet_felnott.php. For emergency you need to go to tetenyi ut 12-16, you will see a kiosk with big letters Szent Imre Korhaz. When you enter the gate at the kiosk, proceed to building A, on the ground floor to red sign "emergency" and there will be a "registration/administration" window. they take social security card and address registration (alternatively you can pay cash) and they speak english. The nurse and the doctor spoke english (they are rather young), they did ecg, blood tests and x-ray. In total I spent about 3 hours which is I think pretty good provided the queue and all the tests that were taken. The only thing that I did not get, in the end the administrator asked me whether I want to talk to the doctor, I said I already did and left. Maybe people give something to the doctors but it did not occur to me immediately. Will have to ask my hungarian colleagues.
