Can anyone recommend a tailor? I'm in my friend's wedding and need to get the suit fitted (nobody likes a man in an ill fitting suit), and would love a recommendation....

Prestige Tailoring at 555 Colvin Ave. Not the cheapest but they are top notch. They do the little things like measuring both arms and legs. They notice if your shoulders are uneven and will adjust your suit for it. Worth the money.

I went to Cheyban on Elmwood/Utica to have a suit jacket refitted and was pretty pleased.

I've had a suit done at Alterations By Lena across from Williamsville South high school on Main Street with good results. My old-gf was a fan of Stergio's tailoring, also on Main Street in Williamsville.

I just got a suit done at Maurice Tailors by south campus and I was really impressed. The work was well done and reasonable: seventy dollars for tapering down the jacket, tapering the pants, lengthening the inseam, and letting out the waist. He's going to be my go to guy from now on. I've also heard really good things about Prestige and Malik, but I haven't tried either of them yet. Joanna's Tailor shop on Flint double charged me and used fabric glue to hem my pants.

I was literally coming on r/buffalo to ask this same question. I know there's Chayban tailors all over the place, but I have no idea if they're good or not.

[Riverside Men's](http://www.riversidemens.com/) on Eggert Rd. My uncle took me there a few years back when I had to get a new suit for an event, to this day most of the time I wind up going back to Riverside. The guys working there have a knowledge base about men's formal wear that floors me. They're a little pricey compared to others, but their customer service makes even the most average of men feel like James Bond while being fitted for a suit.

I had the same question when moving here this summer. On a popular menswear forum, Ask Andy About Clothes, **Malik Tailor** on Niagara Falls Blvd was highly recommended http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?117964-Please-recommend-a-tailor-in-Buffalo-NY I haven't had a chance to take anything there yet, but when I do, that's where I'll start.
Anyone have a tailor that they recommend? Not crazy about my last one & I'm a little picky lol

Prestige Tailoring has done some of my military uniforms & dress uniforms (just the tops/blazers, I need to see how they are with my pants soon). That is right around my area. And Rocco Custom Tailor 4104 N Buffalo Rd Orchard Park, NY 14127 (716) 662-1211 is another one. I took an expensive BCBG gown to them & she did an amazing job! I've been to Rocco's a few times, love them. They are just too far for me

does anyone know a good seamstress who could sew covers on my sunroom cushions? Have the cushions, have the fabric, can't find someone to make them??
Madonna P. replied:
i have used Chayban tailors since 1986...love their work......the brother-in-law Maurice runs the shop at Main and Winspear as Maurice Tailor...his wife is Chayban's sister........................................................also, i am thinking a good upholsterer would probably do a great job......i have the name of a good one, too.
I need to drop of dress clothes at tailor for cleaning and some alterations. Preferable in Cheektowaga. Any recommendations?

I get all my tailoring done at Jos A Bank. In my opinion they are too pricey and do a shitty job. I would suggest my man Gary at key tower. He has a tailor shop in the lobby and he is an awesome dude.
Help!!! I need a seamstress to alter a communion dress preferably in the southtowns!!!! Inbox me
