County Line on the lake? They have an awesome dock on a creek where you can eat right outside and have some decent margaritas.

Oh, this might help narrow it down, it might not, but I remember (and this could be a false memory, but I'm fairly positive it was a thing) a essentially plastic fake THING sticking out of the water. Like a monster, or something. Something super goofy and relatively out of place. I also think that all they really had was outdoor seating, not so much with the indoor.
