Are you free tomorrow morning at 9.15 am? There is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT, think Joe Wickes) session for an hour in Burghfield Village Hall (opposite the Nisa/Post Office) which is really good (and lots of fun). Tracey Tolson is a fantastic trainer so you will not be disappointed. Small group so lots of great one-to-one time too. 1 st Class free so why not come along?
