yes, it's the same one. We havent' udated our form yet, because our program is so new. If you fill that out and either email it to info@mebanesfurrycitizens.org or you can snail mail it to our PO box (address should be on our site). We will contact you with any questions. Make sure to put on there somewhere, what you are in need of.

If you go to Friends of Mebane's Animals website, you can fill out an application. FoMA's Freedom Fences is putting people on a waiting list for fences now and we will hopefully be ready for our first "build" early spring. However, in the mean time, we may be able to provide a temporary enclosure, but you would still need to fill out the application. I got a 40 in wire kennel off chewy.com that's great. I've gotten 2 from them and it's free shipping and it got here 2 days after I ordered it. It's the best price I've found. Like $30 brand new where the ones in the stores are $70 and up
