Any recommendations for a tire shop in the north metro that will mount and balance a set of drag radials without hassling me about TPMS and other nonsense?

Could try Bona Brothers in Fridley. I deal with them quite a bit at my job. Good people. I think it was like $60 for 4 wheels and tires.

You get what you pay for when it comes to having tires mounted. I pay $120 at Samaritan Tire in Minnetonka. Never have to worry about scratching or damage to your wheels with them and they do an excellent job. I think its worth the extra money for the piece of mind knowing the job will get done right.
Little off subject, anyone know where I can get some rims and tires mounted for an ATV. KTM wants $46 each. Anyone cheaper? Tubeless somewhere near Bloomington
