Is the tooth still intact? Or in broken bits? My regular dentist is really awesome, Dr. Nivision in Burton on Lappeer rd. He may see you with out insurance and he does work with payments. The only thing is he doesn't do oral surgery. So if your tooth is intact or mostly intact, he would be able to help you otherwise he refers to an oral surgeon.
