Taste is a big deal too. Most bakers can do taste tests. I've been in the wedding business and some private bakers make the best and worst cakes I've tasted no matter how pretty they were decorated. Think of the last place YOU had cake you liked and ask them where you got it. Wal Mart & HEB make great cakes and could maybe do it depending on copy rights. Good luck. Very cute cake choice
