If you want delicious galbi, I recommend 해운대 암소갈비 (Haeundae Amso Galbi). Not cheap, but incredible flavor, the best I've ever had in Korea, I think. Beware, though. There is a copycat restaurant with the same name. This is the place you want: http://www.doopedia.co.kr/_upload/comm/travelkorea/200906/14/w_1024_124497048953491.jpg

I really enjoyed visiting Gyeongju when I and a bunch of friends made our way down south when I was in the Air Force. The bus is only like 45 minutes from Busan so you could make a day trip out of it if you have time. http://wikitravel.org/en/Gyeongju They were raving about this guesthouse when I went down there last year for the Dark Ales festival. They said it was only like 10 min walking from the brewery. https://www.facebook.com/thewendyhousebusan

Philip Starecky Also in Busan(Old version: Pusan, Now Busan), near the Galmegi Brewing(금련산역Guemryun-san station) there is 6-pack taproom. And old pub name as Hushimchung-brewing허심청(온천장역Onchunjang-station) is also good place to drinking beers, which is owned by Nongshim hotel, which is also owned oldest hot spring(溫泉) in Busan.
