You need to contact Department of Mines Industry Regulation & Safety (DMIRS) phone numbers are 1300489099 or 62512917. They have helped me with an ongoing fault (water leak) in my ensuite floor marking the ceiling below. Outcome, having my entire ensuite retiled and waterproofed by builder. This problem had been "rectified" 2 times before, my house is 8 years old. Everytime the builder addresses a fault, you have a further 6 year warranty applied to that fault. Call them they can advise you of your rights. Sometimes just letting the builder know that you have spoken to them, can get you a satisfactory outcome.

Google Builders Registration Board and follow the prompts to 'Disputes'. After you register your dispute, with the relative facts, with a copy to the builder it will be heard by the State Administrative Tribunal (St Geo Tce) if there is no mediation or response by the builder.
Just wondering if anyone can advise me on some realestate questions regarding building for investment and what areas will build equity. I'm not looking for builders....
