I know one in Leiden - I'm taking an intensive month course - 3X/week - 3 hours/visit. She offers various types of courses. I think she is fantastic! Guys you should look into Gilde Samenspraak. It's how I learned Dutch. Basically they partner enthusiastic native Dutch volunteers with expats and you meet up for a few hours each week and just talk. It's one-on-one, so lots of personal attention. It's also free (you might have to pay something to sign up, but that's a one time fee). You do need to be able to speak conversational Dutch before joining
