He's not a physio/massage therapist but might be able to help. He's a chiropractor who practices Network Spinal Analysis (no cracking) Exceptional anatomy/physiology knowledge and works for long term results. I highly recommend him as a practitioner but may be worth ringing and asking if he thinks he can help with this problem, as not sure with loose ligaments etc this would be the best option.
