Stony Creek Falls Swimming Holes Stony Creek Falls (10-15 minutes from Cairns City Centre) At the end of Stony Creek Road a gate signals the start of a path that takes you along the creek to an old weir. There are plenty of tiny pools along the way to stop and refresh in whilst absorbing the natural surrounds of the Barron Gorge National Park.
