Kevin Taylor is a great personal trainer and works with Advocare ... He is really nice but he will make you tow the line....

There are several great trainers and boot camp classes at Performance Fitness on Deerfoot Parkway. You don't have to be a member of the gym to do the personal training. I believe Mike Posey ( as mentioned in comments above) is personal training. Then group style boot camp classes morning by Natalie and evening by a Hunter. I have heard Natalie can be like a drill instructor:0) and Hunter was in the Marine Corps. Everyone loves these classes.
