Dalhousie barber is good, though hit or miss. I like the older Lebonese guy. I think he's lebonese, I can't remember where he said he was from. London barber is good, but their prices are very high. But the best, from what I've found at Bromley Square Barber. He's shown the most care from any barber I've ever met in the city. Prepare to be in the chair for 45 minutes if it's slow, he likes to talk and get to know you.

Barber Culture. Check the reviews they don’t have a 4.9 for no reason. One person messed it all up they are def a 5/5 place for a cut.

I get you, I'm honestly just not sure Ottawa is that kinda town. Sounds a little high maintenance to me, but good luck! (I bet most of those people just go to Montreal for good hair appointments, at least that's what the women I know do.)

Cannibale, great shaves. I don't have a beard so I dunno anything about that but they also do beard trims too. They have a location at Bridgeland, inside Kent of Inglewood in Inglewood, and one more location I think.
