I pre-book cancun-cab. They're great and have a flat fee. I've used them 5 or 6 times without any problems. You can find them online and they don't ask for any money upfront. http://www.cancun-cab.com I should ad that if you fill in the side bar for a quote, you can get a price for a private transfer.. that's what we use. You don't have to share and it's great.
