Dr. Cindy Hill in Easton is wonderful. She has a play area with books, toys and games and each station the kids can watch a movie they pick.

Dr Kline in St Michaels is dirt cheap, charged my brother $50 for pulling a tooth, but should be used as a last resort, and do not go alone.
