we just had a great rib eye from Central Market last night so go there. They sell black truffle salt and more to make it even more interesting

Depending on the side of town where you live, there is a great meat market in the Clear Lake area........ Bay Area Meat Market on Kirby. http://www.bayareameatmarket.com/ They have some of the best steaks I've ever purchased!!
