I recommend Erin Vroman at Mood Swings in Camp Hill. She has colored my daughter's hair blue several times and it always turns out amazing. However, the sun and chlorine can really fade a hair color quickly so I would advise on using something temporary for the summer. There is a brand called Splat that has colors like blue, green and purple which will give her the results at a lower cost. But be careful, it does stain and can get messy.

Does anybody know where they sell "Zaini" or "Kinder" (character chocolate) eggs? I've seen them once in an Indian grocery store n wondering if they're sold at any other...
Mary K. replied:
Maybe Five Below too. I've bought Hello Kitty and Minion eggs at either the Dollar Tree or Five Below. The chocolate is awful but kids don't care.
