It will depend a lot on what you want the lawyer for. Custody, Divorce, etc. That said, I like Joanna Smith. I used her for a divorce. Devries, IMO is greasy and underhanded. She was my exes lawyer. If she is your lawyer, you might like that type. A couple co-workers that had her said I was gonna get slammed. I didn't. Another coworker used Devries for a realty deal. He said she likes to file and refile, so he was always having to pay for that work too. Which leads me to the last thing. Pry the most important.... Get an attorney closest to where the court proceedings take place!!! If your court is in canon City and you get an attorney in the Springs to work on it, you get to pay him/her that hourly rate as they drive to and from the court house!
