Silver Pest Control does a great job, however, I would think that the landlord is responsible for doing that before you move in. I would try to get them to do it first.

Call your property manager.. they should take care of it. If not Northwest Exterminating is great ask for Robbie. I schedule inspections FYI, only reason ik YOU dont have to pay for a pest control.. You might also have it under your HOA. Check that before you pay!
