Gary Luaders cousin Steve has an HVAC company he is a great guy or Aaron Narup went to school for it. My friends Jody Marty and his brother in law have a painting company they do great work Jill Marty Zmuda). My dad and uncle are union electricians. My friend steve is a carpenter but Im not sure he still does it. Hard wood I think tony might know a flooring guy.
