davy's has outdoor seating, i believe The End Zone has an upstairs deck as did some bar on union street that just changed names..... the only mexican i know in the city (that i would eat anyway) is No Problemo they would put tables out on the sidewalk in the summer but don't have outdoor seating as such.....
