I posted a new piece today about the barn: "Just what does heritage designation mean anyways?" A look at the current condition of the barn and what the owner is required to do to maintain it: http://stittsvillecentral.ca/bradley-craig-barn-just-what-does-heritage-designation-mean-anyways/

We have such a wealth of local talent that it would be a wonderful place to showcase it. I envision a buffet-style meal, tables and chairs on the main level with a Stage area where we could be entertained by talent from far and wide. We have Kanata Theatre group, Suesart Theatre group, 3 different choir groups in Stittsville alone and many diverse local talents. When Sacred Heart was built, many of us purchased seats in the theatre there with the belief that the local talent could use it, then the school board changed their minds and said it was mostly for school use and raised their prices so high that noone can preform there, so, it would be lovely to have a venue for all of these groups and more so long as they kept it affordable.
