I'm a Sports Therapist and specialise in Deep tissue. Deep tissue Massage is the best way forward before your chiropractor. If your muscles are not in the correct alignment then they will pull on the skeletal structure and anything you do at the chiropractor will just return. Hope this helps. I'm in Brampton.
