Put your tire size into Google and many places will come up that you can buy online. I just did that and paid around 58 a tire on jet.com. I had them shipped directly to the shop that I had putting them on. They were there within 2 days even though the site said it would take a week. I paid under $300 for all 4 including mounting.

If it charges but doesn't hold a charge it is most likely a bad battery. Auto Zone will test it for free. They will also install if you buy a new one
