We used Mahopac Electric recently. They did a great job and were reasonably priced.

I can't really call it a recommendation but we used Mr Mike. His rates were reasonable, he showed up on time and did his work. But it's a little sloppy. Crooked light switches, uneven outlets, wiring in basement messy. But everything works and nothing has caught on fire. So that's a plus! I'd give him a 7 out of 10
