Blue Dawn will kill the fleas on the dog immediately! Leave on for about 2 minutes. This will not keep them off, but will kill what is on them. We use this at our grooming shop, but I think we are a good ways from you. Fleas have become immune to some flea shampoos. The fleas need to be killed in your home and the yard sprayed to get these under control. Fleas lay thousands of eggs and they can get out of hand quickly. Call and exterminator and have your yard and every area sprayed in your home and make sure they use something that will kill the eggs. A lot of things are used, but they will not kill the eggs and they hatch and it's an ongoing cycle. We tell this to our customers. Kill the root of the problem.
