If Joe is a screenprinter, he must have a wholesaler that he does business with. Using his resale permit he can get wholesale prices. If not, blankshirts.com, americanapparel.net, statononline.com. I have used all of these companies. All are fast and who is cheapest depends on who is having a sale, although American will never be cheapest they have the best girls clothes. Hope this helps.
