Oh I was going to recommend Karen at KBella Salon & Day Spa! Best facial I've ever had (:

I've been there for facials and brow coloring, and Karen is The Best! She would be horrified to know her staff is not properly answering the phone. Definitely give her a chance. Stop by if you can, to set an appointment if her girls are not picking up. Believe me--it will be worth it !
