Pepper Ramsey Shelly is right. But they are approved by the Arizona State Bar. Where does the state of California come in? That is essential. I do know a Calif attorney. But legal aid can tell you if you do need an attorney. Have you reported the family to child protective services? Is the baby in California? Is your son alive? What is 95% fatal. It's fatal or not. Fatal is dead. Is he 95% disabled? Do you have power of attorney to act in his behalf? I bet these are all questions they will ask you. If the local legal aid can not see you, ask if legal aid in Tucson will. They have more attorneys and represent a wider variety of cases.

Does anyone have any recommendation for and accident injury attorney?

If you don't mind driving to the CG (Casa Grande), you might want to try Matthew Smiley. He's on Cottonwood. 520-423-0146. I interviewed with him back when I lived there, but then ended up moving up north and obviously couldn't work for him. Having met with him several times, though, I'm more than willing to vouch for his professionalism and experience.
