Hiya folks, im interested in becoming a dog trainer or handler and was wondering is there any courses in Ireland? Im based in Donegal.

Well depends on what you want to do, what kind of money you can afford and what kind of time commitment and smarts you have to study but course providers we'd probably recommend in here would be people like Compass who do distance learning, COAPE do distance + residential school learning the APDT and iMDT do short courses to become a dog training instructor. There are others but these mentioned are UK based and recognised. If you have the money and are happy to do online then the American Karen Pryor or Jean Donaldson Academies are considered gold standard....but whatever you do mix it with some local hands-on experience...Google any of those terms but i'll put the Compass link here.
