Heidelberg Cakes. They make everything gluten-free, and they ensured my wedding cake was nut-free and soy-free. Not to mention, the cake was DELICIOUS! Have a chat with them - they may be able to cater for additional allergies.

Fakery Bakery is Vegan, not sure about the nuts because I've never had to ask but great for my son who has egg and milk allergy. As well as everything being delicious and looking great:)
