That's confusing. Sherry and Frank Cranford live in your home on Old Jonesboro. Did your parents have another one I don't remember? I would recommend the Cranfords. Also, if you need repairs done, Shannon Short or Gabe Corjocarescu( Hapeville guys) do great work in Hapeville and are familiar with all codes.

Cranford Realty. Repairs ... Sherry Cranford has several contact here in Hapeville that she would recommend. Shannon Short would be one of them and he also renovated my house & has done lots of work for us. PS: Sherry is my baby sister. LOL
