I'm looking for an electrician that can help with a grandma apartment remodel in our garage. We were not planning on pulling permits.

Thanks everyone! Looking like we've got it figured out except for breaking up the ceiling lights into multiple circuits. Trying to avoid disturbing the existing drywall ceiling, while creating separate lighting for each divided room. I called kerby electric first, they were just a little bit busy. Pro electric from Grants Pass came out, but couldn't do the job without permits. And Dave seems to be recommending kerby electric, so it looks like we've gone full circle, and through the process, figured out how to do most of it. Perhaps Dave Hocker wouldn't mind helping us solve the remaining riddle of the ceiling lights.
