I suggest looking into physical therapy in addition to chiropractic. Depending on what your issue is, it may help more. For me, chiropractic offered immediately relief but it was always short lived. After waiting way too long, I tried physical therapy and after about a month I noticed significant, sustained improvement. Just something to consider.

Austin Life Chiro on Anderson. They do micro adjustments for subluxations. I have chronic neck issues and lumbar stenosis that they’ve been help manage over the past two years.

Dr. Billy Melot at Oak Haven on 620/Pecan Park! No insurance stuff to worry about, offers both brief and extended visits depending on whether you want an adjustment only or soft tissue work as well. Been going to chiropractic my entire life and he’s the best I’ve found. I also have mild scoliosis if that matters.
