Our's went out as well a few wks ago and our house just recently closed. There should be a number on the grinder pump itself on who installed it. I would go with them because they know their equipment and it all or some parts may be covered in warranty. Lago Vista has had a lot of power failure in the area I live in. Pedernales has been upgrading the voltage. It was determined by the grinder company that all connectors fried due to these outages. It takes so many sec/min to completely shut down. so when the power went out it was shutting off, only to kick right back on when the power came back. What this means is it wouldn't shut completely down before power came back on. This friend the connectors and it was a $700 fix that Pedernales is covering.
