Melissa Kahler is a family doc who goes to NCBC and is on your side of town. We went to her with Eli until we moved, now she's just too far away. She is very kind - I always did like her. But can't go to Pediatrics PC.

I just read all of the above... I delayed vaccinations with my kids and never had any issues with Dr Svatek. Weird....

New rule - they just made it where you had to have all vaccines before the new year. I didn't have issues with Dr. Goldman delaying them either but now not getting all of them is an issue I guess.

Also, it was Pediatrics PC we were at before we had Anna. They said I had to bring her in TODAY (in an hour) when I called to schedule her 2 month checkup. They said if I did not bring her in THAT DAY that they would refuse to see her in the future. I was livid. But it turned out to be a great thing in the end, I'm very glad to be away from that office.

John Brownell is a great family practitioner that goes to NCBC as well. He is on the SW side of town. I'm not sure of his view on vaccinations. He will be speaking at MOPS in February though. Really nice guy. We go to him.

You know we love Dr. Mark Reinertson at St. Luke's Pediatrics, but I believe you said you don't like that office...If you've changed your mind, I'd be happy to give you his contact info!

Yah well Pediatrics PC sent out a letter that you had to get all of your vaccines by the new year or were no longer a patient. I as a little late I wait until they are 2 to do any, and they informed me that I would have to also do the vaccines like the chicken pox one for my boys or not a patient. That is not a negotiating option for me so we hunt once more.

Any of the docs or PAs at Family Medicine Specialists. I've been with Dr. Tammy O'Brien since she was a resident (almost 20 years ago), and the kids see her as well. Dr. Flory delivered Peter b/c Dr. O'Brien wasn't on call.

Where is Dr Rick going?

Dr Rick Mersch is leaving Unity Point, with several others. They are opening Mercy Pediatrics on Feb 3 rd; u may follow them. Unity won't give you any information, but phone number should be on Mercy website. If not I can get it Monday from work if you want to still see him.

Dr Scott Nau - he may not be taking new patients but if you try, tell him you were referred by everyone who recommends him on these comments. That is how we were lucky enough to get him. Amazing Dr.

Dr Collins at the Pediatric Center. They have 2 locations & they're awesome. I miss them!

Dr. Svatek has seen Henry as well, both at the center & in the hospital. She's also wonderful.

Dr Kenneth Anderson st Luke's pediatrics!!!!

We go to Family Medicine Specialists and I see Dr. Nancy Angenen. She is fantastic. She is our family doctor, my OB and Arthur's pediatrician so she knows our whole family inside and out. I've met with a few of the other doctors in the practice as well and they are all wonderful. The office is on the corner of 8 th Ave and 6 th St by Mercy Hospital.

Dr Angenen is great. She delivered my middle son.

The doctors at Blank Pediatrics located at UnityPoint Methodist are great. We love Dr. Bixler, but she only works part-time, so I'm not sure she takes new patients. Mercy pediatrics. My kids see keeli Irwin but any Dr there is good. And I'm not sure of a regular Dr in CR as mine is in atkins. I think horizons does therapy or they did when I didn't have insurance and then was on title 19. They're on 5 th st se

Kenneth Anderson at St Luke's. sweet man and so informative

I use Dr. Anderson as well. We love him. We hardly have to wait for our appt. and I am normally done with a well baby in about 15 minutes from the time I arrive.

Dr. Wedel cr pediatrics shes great always checks the kids out thouroughly and when their sick doesnt just jump to say its a virus.

i dont like keeli irwin so I switched the kids to Dr Goodall who is in the same building. I found Keeli offputting....Goodall is amazing and totally puts the kids at ease though. He is hilarious!

We go to Dr Sagers in the mercy medical center on blairsferry. He is a family doc, but specializes in women and kids. He was recommended to us when I was pregnant with Grant and we like him.

Rachel Francious, ARNP at Unity Point Pediatrics she is amazing. So nice easy to talk too and ask questions and called me at home to check on me with Coles cyanotic episode. She is under Dr. Farley there.

We have used Dr. Nau at Mercy for all our kids (7 yrs). We love him!!! He used to be in the unity point office w Anderson (who is retiring). Dr. Merch is great from the Mercy office too.

Dr Mersch was great!!!! He will be missed

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the doctors or ARNPs at Pediatric Center. Dr. Goldman is our pediatrician.

We use Pediatric Center and absolutely LOVE them! (multiple providers, take your pic!) I'm not sure if the specific dr. we see if accepting new patients, but have seen others and they're great!
