Liz Georges is a realtor at Keller Williams, she's great with first time buyers. Not pushy and very patient. https://lizgeorges.kw.com/

Beth Brockette has certifications up the wazoo and was the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure working with

Diane Martin with Skogman is fantastic. She sold us our current condo and sold my previous one as well. We've been here six months and when she was in the neighborhood recently brought us a big pot of outdoor flowers.
FlutterLovers replied:
I was part-time in the real estate industry for about 9 years (just got out recently). The best agent I know is Heather Morris. She puts on a bit of a "Legally Blonde" act, but she's probably one of the most intelligent people I know (and I work with engineers). Avoid Votroubek. I've had two dealings with them, and both were very negative. Generally, it's probably best to stick with a Skogman agent, as they're the biggest agency in this area.
leosbun replied:
My friends used Liz Georges and were really happy with her, I can get her info if you want
red1420 replied:
Teri Fleming with Coldwell is amazing. She makes everything so easy.
stametsprime replied:
Don’t think Flink. She was the seller’s agent for the house we bought; an error on the paperwork from her office nearly set back the closing (while we were AT closing.) Instead of owning up to it she became very rude and condescending toward us...you know, the people trying to buy the home she was selling.

Doug McAllister- he used to be with pinnacle when he first started as an investor...now he is that, plus a realtor after schooling, and also builds new homes. One in all and he does not pester if you need time to soak in things he is saying to you or what you want....he is very polite and nice. If you PM me I can look in my email for his phone number. I really like him and he has done it all so he worked his way up from scratch you might say...

Any good realtor recommendations? We're interested in a house and the first two realtors I've contacted to set up a showing have stiffed me. The house is a foreclosure...
kidgenius13 replied:
I really like John Beltramea. Did a lot of hard work for me
kersey_paul replied:
You might want to look into a foreclosure attorney instead. Since the seller (bank) pays the buyer's agent, they are known to negotiate the standard fee down. Plus, the tenant has rights even if the house changes hands, so you're absorbing that liability.
bpmdu replied:
I'd say your difficulty is because you're dealing with a foreclosed property with a tenant. Dealing with these types of situations are a huge hassle and might be seen as not worth the effort for a Realtor. Do you know how much longer the tenants lease is for the property? Keep in mind that the tenant likely knows they are in a foreclosed property and may not feel any obligation to keep the place looking nice (if they even were in the first place).
tcpip4lyfe replied:
I used Oillie Dent. http://olliedent.ruhlhomes.com/ Don't know anything about foreclosures, but he was good when he worked for Skogman. Always called me back and was on time. All I really wanted.
caffeineme replied:
I've had nothing but great experiences with [Kathy Louvar.](http://kathylouvar.ruhlhomes.com/) Friendly, helpful, and maybe most importantly, she's realistic. You're doing business with her, but it also feels like you're working with a friend.
Anyone have a great realtor? Looking to sell my house in the NE side and looking for a realtor to help out. Any suggestions?
voide replied:
Is there any reason why you wouldn't save yourself tens of thousands in commission by using a service like FSBOhomes? The market is so hot right now that houses basically sell themselves and that company has support for basically every step of the progress. All you'd have to do is show the house and negotiate and they help out with the rest for a fraction of the cost compared to a realtor. I just don't see the value of a realtor right now unless you just want nothing to do with potential buyers.
MGeorges replied:
Liz Georges is very prompt and friendly!

Laura Soride, recommend 100%. She got me my dream house in the middle of this craziness of a housing market! She's also super personable and approachable, and doesn't make you feel stupid when you ask a lot of questions (first time homebuyer here, I had a lot of questions lol)

Nic Gulick-incredible guy! He listens, and it’s not about the biggest and best house to blow your entire spend on but that you’ll love and grow in that house. He actually goes around in the winter and helps snow blow older communities driveways and sidewalks just to be helpful.

Kelly Bemus went above and beyond last summer when my husband lost his leg and we had to move ASAP- I would highly recommend her
Cykoguy replied:
Larry Gass but I would also seriously look at FSBO due to current market conditions you likely won't have any issues at all selling it so why not try and save the commission.
