The Lazer institute in irvine. Mine was $500 a treatment for about a 6 x6 inch tatoo. That was oh 10 years ago. I actually think it is less now. I'll talk to you more.

Homeboy Industries does free tattoo removal. It used to be "no questions asked". They're a fantastic organization founded by a Jesuit priest. They have a lot of services other than tattoo removal too. And I highly recommend the founder, Father G's, book, "Tattoos On The Heart".

I'm with Penny. Its about a 20 minute walk from central station and they have a van parked out front specifically for tattoo removal. To the best of my knowledge it is free. Joel Schwartz can give you more information.
