We are planning on taking a trip to Disney World. I'm wondering if I should use a travel agent to plan it? What are the benefits of a travel agent? We've traveled a lot...

Check out www.disboards.com even if you use an agent tons of good tips there.

We rented a house in the area when we went with our family, has a kitchen, and it's own pool. It has perks because you get away from the theme park for awhile, but like they said above there are trade-offs to not staying at the Disney resort. Here is the house we stayed at, the owner used to be a former postal carrier here in Champlin. http://www.home.earthlink.net/~kcmclaugh/

Orange Lake is a beautiful timeshare. We paid $250 for 5 days there, including a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. They have 9 pools.
Help! I can't find my old post with the info on it. Does anyone know a travel agent? How much do they cost to book? I'm want to book a trip for two to a specific resort...
