Randall Porter, MD. He is a neurologist (and a long time friend) I get his post op patients on a regular basis and I've actually watched him in action in the OR. Patients wake up feeling so much better than before surgery! Randell does a ton of laminectomy and fusions. In my opinion he is the best!
