I teach Baptiste Vinyasa M, W, F, 7:30-8:45AM and Tues, Thurs, 9:40-10:45 at Flamboyan on the Bay at Magens Point. It is typically done in the heat. However, since I teach outside we take what we get. We get hot enough most of the time. It can be a pretty vigorous practice. Call/text to confirm in case of scheduling changes: (207) 841-3470.
