My husband is a computer guy. Our business is Consultants On Call. For home users he charges $85 per hour and a maximum of 2 hours. So if it takes him 4 hours then he charges only foe two. You can call our help desk number and you will get him (Ron) or our employee Bernardo. He has been doing this for over 25 years. The number is 517-325-3381.

Thanks everyone! You have really helped me out. Roger Bartlett it has an error 24 and I tried to fix it based on internet advice and it will not clear the BOD.
