I recently used Dr. McCormack at Costco. She was quick and thorough, and it was $70. Absolutely no complaints. As for glasses... well Costco optical. $60 for frames, $125 for lenses with Transitions. I think the lenses were $70 without Transitions. Honestly not much more than Zenni Optical, they took a week to get it, and you get to try them on first.
