I don't know who it is you're talking about, but having recently arrived to Summerside I have had numerous people tell me (independently of each other) of one particular Doctor who works the walk-in clinic that I should steer clear of as much as possible. Apparently they've had misconduct allegations and charges against them in the past both in terms of their medical practice and in their dealing with patients professionally. Sounds like you might have run into them.
